Musorina M. Formation of technical competence of future specialists in navigation in the process of training technical disciplines

The dissertation first developed, scientifically substantiated, experimentally verified and introduced a methodical system for the formation of basic competencies of senior pupils from ship navigation in the process of profile education. The main stages of scientific thought on the problem of forming the basic competences of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile education are outlined. Based on a detailed analysis of scientific research on the problem solved in the work (in Ukraine and abroad), the basic stages of the development of the scientific thought of forming the basic competences of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile education are pointed out. It was clarified that the issues of formation of basic competencies of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile education have not yet been sufficiently solved. The necessity of active involvement of senior pupils in innovative forms of study, in particular, distance learning and self-education for using modern innovative means, is highlighted; the need to update the program of training senior pupils from shipping, which will create the basis for improving the system of teaching technical subjects and English and will enable the satisfaction of the social request for personality-oriented study of this discipline. The timeliness and urgency of the study of the problem of forming the basic competencies of senior pupils from navigation, proved to be the result of which theoretical conclusions can be made, and the introduction of which in the practice of navigation will provide an opportunity to significantly improve safety in the maritime industry. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of basic competences of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile education were revealed and substantiated: formation of the motivational component of senior pupils forming the basic competences of senior pupils from navigation in the process of profile education; recognition of the previous level of senior pupils of basic competences of senior pupils from navigation as a signal parameter that determines the individual trajectory of training for each student; compliance with the content of training requirements, formulated on the basis of the analysis of the professional activity of marine engineers and its design, taking into account the need to use senior pupils in the selectionfahu and self-study throughout life; orientation on the formation of a stable professional-oriented motivation for the mastering of professionally meaningful knowledge and skills for the future navigator; provision of interconnection of technical and philological disciplines with the content of professional activity of the ship driver; the use of active forms, methods and innovative learning tools, which provide the opportunity to simulate problem situations, the functional capabilities of which are the basis for the formation of basic competence; use of cloud technologies, personal e-cabinet, distance learning.
