Age features of the transformation of the functional state of military leaders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine suffering from hypertension in the first stage based on the study of hygienic working conditions, psychological, psychophysiological and physiological characteristics have been identified in the dissertation. The peculiarities of the activity of military leaders in regular and extreme situations, the nature of labor (official) activity and the dominant professional qualities that promote and hinder the effective management have been determined. A comprehensive analysis of the regime and working conditions of military leaders with the assessment of the contribution of information and other factors of labor intensity of military leaders has been carried out. It has been shown that the labor intensity of military leaders according to the "Hygienic Classification of Work ..." (2001) related to class 3.2. A significant number of negative changes in psychological characteristics (emotional burnout, stress and neuromuscular instability, manifestations of Machiavellianism) in military leaders under the age of 40 have been revealed, which can become a risk factor for the development of somatoform pathology. It was established that during 2013-2015 there was a substantial redistribution of the structure of military leaders' hospitalization, which manifests itself in an increasing of 5 times the number of injuries and a decreasing hypertension I and II stages in 2 times, due to the crisis situation in Eastern Ukraine. The revealed changes in the age structure of hospitalization of military leaders during 2011-2015 are the presence of reliable dynamics of the shift in the structure of hospitalization of servicemen regarding hypertension stg. I from the range of 31-40 years to 41-50 years (p <0.001) compared with the stable age structure of patients with II stage of hypertension. The treatment of hypertension at stage I among servicemen was redistributed to the outpatient clinics. Significantly better response to the inpatient treatment of hypertension of military leaders aged 29-39 years in comparison with older people was found out based on the indicators of information processing varying in complexity and content. Prophylactic recommendations and preventive measures for maintaining efficiency of work and preventing the development of excessive strain of military leaders have been developed.
