Object - features of the pathology of the cervix in women, users of hormonal contraception; goal – improve efficiency of treatment of cervical pathology in users of combined oral contraceptives (COCs) by developing differentiated diagnostic and therapeutic measures based on the detection of markers of vaginal microbiota, papillomavirus infection and colposcopic and cytological patterns of the cervix; methods – clinical-paraclinic, immuno-enzyme, molecular-biological, ultrasonographic, instrumental, biochemical, immune-chemiluminescent, mathematical, statistical; results – in work are presented the new decision of an actual problem of a modern gynecology concerning optimization of a tactics of conducting women with a pathology of a neck of a uterus at application of hormonal contraception by development of the differentiated medical actions on the basis of definition of markers of infringement of a microbiota of a vagina, papillomavirus infection and features of a cytological picture of a neck of a uterus; clarified the main risk factors, the odds ratio and the relative risk of cervical pathology and HPV infection in case of disruption of the vaginal microbiota depending on the duration of the COC; the role of the dysbiotic processes in the lower part of the genital tract, the use of the barrier method of contraception, the characteristics of sexual life, in the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) in women who use COC and the development of cervical pathology; new data were obtained on the frequency and types of vaginal dysbiotic processes in COC consumers; correlation correlations of vaginal dysbiosis, frequency and types of HPV infection with the risk of developing cervical pathology in the use of COCs; the obtained results allowed to expand the available data on the pathogen-esis of cervical pathology against the background of long-term use of COCs, and scientifically substantiate the need to improve diagnostic and therapeutic activities; the optimal treatment of differentiated treatment programs for women with cervical pathology, HPV infection and dysbiosis of the vagina, long using hormonal contraception; branch – medicine.
