Essay

The screening of ten medicinal mushroom species on liquid nutrient media with new composition, which contain aspiration wastes of barley, III-d category waste of wheat and rye mill, breadcrumb, residue of corn stillage, and sorghum bagasse was performed. The scheme was developed and the parameters of the biotechnological process of submerged cultivation of selected fungal species on the breadcrumb for the maximal bioconversion efficiency of the substrate and the accumulation of biomass were determined. The nutritional value, amino acid, fatty acid and vitamin content of the obtained biomass in the stationary phase of cultures growth were studied, and the antimicrobial activity of biomass was investigated as well as the absence of hemagglutinum activity was investigated.
