The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of theoretical principles of the internal government securities market, modern trends and prospective directions of its further development. Government securities are considered as debt obligations issued by the state as a borrower, placed among individuals and legal entities as creditors, have mandatory requisites established by the law, and provide for the payment of income for the use of funds and repayment of their par value, depending on the maturity subject to the terms of placement of such instruments.
