Zolotuhinа O. Functional purpose of notariate: theoretical and legal aspects

In this dissertation it has been determined theoretical and legal aspects of notariate functioning, it has been described them and has been found out disadvantages of them, it has been founded practical recommendations which refers to improvement of notariate functioning in Ukraine. The author has analyzed and has opened special features of development history of scientific cognition of functional purpose of notariate in a legal doctrine. It is generalized and described features of functions of notariate. By evidence of it definition of concept "functions of notariate". The author has proved that functions of notariate are difficult multi-aspect and system phenomenon. They can be classified into separate varieties according to criteria. The applicant has established and disclosed the features of forms and methods of realization of functions of notariate and has given definition to concepts "forms of realization of functions of notariate" and "methods of realization of functions of notariate". The practical significance of researched results is that analysis of the legal providing of functioning of notariate in Ukraine has let set failings and ground directions of its perfection.
