Luzhykova Y. International electoral standards forming public administration system in Ukraine

In the dissertation is investigated concept of native and foreign scholars on the subject, the degree of development of this problem in the science of public administration, determined the key concepts and peculiarities of functioning of the Institute International election standards. It is also determined that conceptualization of the system of public administration of international electoral standards is carried out within the framework of theoretical and methodological approaches: legal, political and sociological dimension. It is given the definition of "international electoral standards" as a category of science of Public Administration, which is a synthetically created standards of intra-state management, pertaining to the whole population of social relations in terms of realization of the right to Democracy.
