Dolуk P. Rehabilitation of women after organ-saving operations with leiomyoma of the uterus

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of reducing the frequency of recurrences of uterine leiomyomas in women after organ-saving operations by optimizing the improvement of the algorithm of the proposed treatment and prophylactic measures. A comprehensive study was carried out and the frequency of LM in infertility was studied, specifying the evidence for conservative myomectomy. The algorithm of diagnostic, treatment and prophylactic measures directed on improvement of reproductive function in women with leiomyoma of the uterus (LM) is developed in the work. Some data on the relationship between reproductive health in women operated on LM, the state of the reparation process in the uterus and endocrine regulation of the reproductive system are supplemented. The term of pregnancy planning after myomectomy surgery in women with LM is substantiated, which are caused by clear regularities of restoration process in endometrium and myometrium in the process of repair of tissues after surgical removal of nodes. Developed and scientifically substantiated medical measures for the maintenance of pregnancy in women after reconstructive-plastic operations on LM.
