Essay

Analysis of forms and methods of reduction of time of response of emergency rescue units to local emergencies is carried out. Mathematical model for assessing the response time of emergency rescue units using multifunctional body-containers to local emergencies is developed. Complex of hardware and software tools is developed for assessing the response time to local emergency situations of emergency rescue units with the use of multifunctional body-containers. Technique of determining the necessary types and number of multi-functional mobile emergency-rescue complexes of container type taking into account operative-tactical conditions in departure location is developed.
