Shynkaruk T. The family focused technologies at polycarpous pregnancy.

Dissertation work is devoted to depression of frequency of obstetric and perinatal pathology at women with polycarpous pregnancy on the basis of improvement and introduction of technique of individual preparation of married couple at pregnancy and delivery. The role of disturbances of the psychological status in development of complications of pregnancy in women with polycarpous pregnancy taking into account the genesial anamnesis is scientifically proved. Features of obstetric and perinatal complications at women with polycarpous pregnancy which came independently, and also after auxiliary genesial technologies are studied. The role of the family focused technologies in depression of frequency of complications is shown during a gestation and at delivery at women with polycarpous pregnancy. The interrelation between clinical features of a course of pregnancy and labors, condition of the psychological status and a fetoplacental complex is established at delivery of women without and with participation of the partner. It allowed to dilate available data about mechanisms of development of perinatal pathology, and also scientifically to prove need of use of individual preparation of married couple at stage of female consultation and an obstetric hospital for the purpose of depression of level of perinatal pathology at women with polycarpous pregnancy.
