Levchenko K. Financial services of institutional investors' asset management

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical foundations and substantiation of practical recommendations on improvement of financial services in asset management of institutional investors in Ukraine. New approaches researching of the market of financial services of institutional investors' asset management are substantiated. Features that make it possible to distinguish between asset management services from other financial services and types of professional activity in the financial market are determined. Criteria and proposed classification of consumers of financial services has been developed. The evaluation of asset management activity of institutional investors was conducted that basis on the level of competition and market concentration study. The model, the results of which will help to predict the dynamics of the volume of assets in management is constructed. Proposals on improvement state regulation, prudential supervision, training and certification of asset management specialists are formulated.
