Essay

The results of this Dissertation Investigation have made it possible to determine: notion of interaction of probation organisations in the course of performance of supervision with police authorities, local self-government bodies and non-governmental organisations; main features of notion of interaction and the entire system of those principles, upon which this system is based. The international experience of interaction of various services and authorities that perform various punishments, which are not connected with deprivation of liberty, was analysed. Norms of legal regulation of interaction of probation organisations with other participants in the course of performance of supervision were analysed as well. Methods of improvement of such interaction were proposed on the basis of this analysis.
