Essay

The thesis is the first monographic study in the national science, in which on the basis of the system-activity approach a complex criminological analysis of the regional model of the prevention of drug crimes was carried out on the example of the Dnipropetrovsk region and its materials. The author carried out a thorough analysis of the methodological and legal problems of the prevention of drug crimes and drug trafficking and the prevention of narcotisation in the region. The question of the formation of the national anti-drug policy, its content and main directions is investigated.
