Tskhovrebov A. Criminal liability for interference in the activities of a law enforcement officer

The thesis deals with a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical aspects of criminal responsibility for interference in the activities of a law enforcement officer (Article 343 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The work reveals the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study, including the social conditionality of establishing criminal responsibility for the crime. The criminal-legal description of objective and subjective signs of an act containing the signs of the composition of interference in the activities of a law enforcement officer as a material and legal basis for the onset of criminal responsibility for its commission is carried out.
