Kutova N. Development of economic mechanism for company personnel stimulation

The object of research is the process of stimulating the personnel of enterprises. Subject of research - a set of theoretical, methodological and applied provisions on the formation of an economic mechanism for stimulating the personnel of enterprises. The results of the work can be used in strategic and tactical planning of incentives for the personnel of the enterprises, which will have an impact on improving the quality of work. The general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge are used, namely: critical analysis, scientific abstraction and generalization of scientific experience of modern theoretical research; analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, system analysis; correlation-regression analysis; qualitative assessment and expert method. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and the development of scientific and practical recommendations regarding the formation of an economic mechanism for stimulating the personnel of enterprises.
