Yasko R. Mechanisms of formation of human resources potential in the humanitarian sphere of Ukraine

In the dissertation the complex research of theoretical and practical aspects of functioning of mechanisms of formation of personnel potential in the humanitarian sphere of Ukraine is carried out. Personnel potential of the humanitarian sphere is considered as a complex formation formed from the personnel potential of the branches that are part of the humanitarian sphere (education, science, culture, physical culture and sports, health care, tourism, the media), provide the spiritual and intellectual component development of society, creation of key principles of humanization of the whole complex of social relations. The main factors influencing the development of processes of forming the personnel potential of the humanitarian sphere in modern Ukraine are revealed. The essential features and components of the complex mechanism of forming the personnel potential of the humanitarian sphere of Ukraine, which consists of organizational-legal, administrative-economic and informational-psychological mechanisms, are substantiated.
