Essay

Aim - to study of clinical and functional features of heart and vessels remodeling in 130 patients with acute Q-myocardial infarction and essential arterial hypertension and optimization of their management. We established, that Q-infarct characterized of more expressive clinical symptoms presentation, more frequent damage of wall of left ventricle and formation of chronic heart failure, established, that additional prescription of Quercetin caused of antianginal effects, more intensive normalizing of lipid metabolism parameters. Quercetin had additional anti-inflammatory effects. Branch - medicine.
