Essay

It is proved that the most informative method for determining the tumor lesion of femur bone among the existing radiological methods of investigation is MDRT with X-ray diffraction, since it provides the maximum detail of lesions and a more objective view of the extent of the spread of the tumor process. It has been established that after the endoprosthetics of joints affected by malignant neoplasms, the application of this method allows timely determination of tumor recurrence and metastasis on the tomographic scale in terms of quantitative indicators of BFV, BTT, and VBF. It has been shown that inclusion of the treatment modalities before and after the endoprosthesis and the bone replacement plastics of the joints is a precautionary measure for the relapse and metastases of the tumor in the bones and promotes the acceleration of the osteointegration of the endoprosthesis. According to monitoring of biochemical parameters of bone metabolism in patients with femur bone (Ca+2, TRAP-5b, endostatin) after endoprosthesis and application of Mebion, a reliable dynamics of their normalization is observed compared to the corresponding parameters in the control group. It has been proved that the inclusion of Mebion in the treatment regimens of patients with primary malignant and metastatic tumors of the femur bone contributes to an increase in the overall survival of this category of patients
