The thesis is devoted to complex comparative study of clinical, instrumental and neuroimaging data in dyscirculatory encephalopathy according to standard medical treatment and combination therapy with EHF autohaemotherapy. The author conducted a comparative study of the effectiveness of standard and combination therapy with EHF - AGT on the severity of neurological, cognitive impairment in patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy, rheological disorders of cerebral hemodynamics adrenergic activity of erythrocyte membranes as a complex integrative biophysical indicator of the effectiveness of treatment. It has been shown that patients with where, along with previously known neurological, cognitive impairment, changes in rheology, cerebral hemodynamics present significant changes adrenergic activity of erythrocyte membranes that can serve as a diagnostic criterion of a patient where and to assess the effectiveness of treatment.
