Essay

The thesis presents the essence and distinctive features of fiscal regulation mechanism, substantiates scientific-theoretical principles of its effect to provision of balanced development of forestry in the system of nature management fiscal policy. Conceptual framework of fiscal regulation mechanism functioning is examined, taking into consideration international experience. The current state of this mechanism in Ukrainian is analyzed and evaluation indices of its effect to forest operation are systematized. Organizational mechanism of forestry fiscal regulation is proposed. The structure of forestry fiscal regulation dynamic model in Ukraine is improved and directions for improvement of budget and tax regulation of forest enterprises operation are substantiated.
