Yemets V. Capital accumulation in conditions of economic instability

The dissertation reveals the scientific and theoretical substantiation of the economic content of the pattern of connection of economic instability and accumulation of capital, including its various forms, reveals the peculiarities of the evolution of theoretical approaches to the disclosure of the essence of the concept of «accumulation of capital» and identifies the causes of economic instability formation, as well as provides recommendations for stimulation capital accumulation in economic instability. Developed understanding impact of factors of economic instability intensity unevenness on the processes of accumulation of capital. Quantitative and qualitative changes of capital accumulation at the national level under the influence of economic instability are revealed. The main tendencies of functioning of the modern economic system of Ukraine, which promote capital accumulation suppression and increase the effect of economic instability factors, are substantiated. It is noted about the need to ensure structural adjustment of the economy for the purpose of narrowing economic instability transmission channels to the capital accumulation. A series of practical recommendations aimed at stabilizing the economy as a necessary condition of accumulation were proposed. Also taking into account international experience, was developed an algorithm for building a national system of dominant capital accumulation.
