Essay

The thesis is devoted to research the viscoelastic properties of polymeric materials during extrusion molding, polymer-molded products in specialized processing equipment channels and output them. The experimental research method of the rheological material parameters and the nature of the polymeric material swelling effect after leaving the forming tool were developed. Using Phan-Tien-Tanner model of the viscoelastic flow modeling fluid at the extruder outlet forming tool lets to calculate the change section of extruded moldings. Prediction geometry of the last forming channel section made it possible to get an optimized original geometry version of the die channel forming region and form desired target product. The developed procedure of the modeling process made it possible to realize the algorithm of free extrusion molding implement design channels die by solving "inverse problem" profiling, which allowed with the known parameters of the extruded product, to design the necessary extrusion die configuration. The design of the extrusion die according by the project calculating results of die geometry and the constructive proposals for improved forming tool profiling by the "inverse extrusion" method were developed.
