Essay

The dissertation deals with the modern theoretical models of professional sense of justice of the judge on the basis of a comprehensive study of the modern state of professional sense of justice of the judge, the Genesis of the formation of scientific knowledge on problems of professional sense of justice of the judge, the theoretical study of various aspects of the structure and formation of professional legal consciousness of judges, influence internal beliefs and professional experience on the formation of judgments. The thesis is provides a study of the periods of ideas about justice professional judges in the history of world and national legal thought, which covers five stages of formation and development of views definite problem. The thesis singled professional judge justice as an independent kind of consciousness with that of the concepts and categories, criteria and methods of evaluations, especially big goals and means of implementation. The author’s definition of "professional legal conscience of judge" as a subjective reaction to the legal conscience as a set of views, ideas reflecting his attitude to the traditions, customs, moral principles, rules of conduction of professional duties, law, justice, and the idea of what is lawful and unlawful has been formulated.
