Turchyna O. Public influence as one of the main means of correction and resocialization of convicts

The dissertation is devoted to the development of scientifically substantiated directions of improvement of legal regulation and implementation of public influence on correction and resocialization of convicts. On the basis of comprehensive complex analysis of scientific literature, empirical materials and study of international and foreign practice of public influence, the definition of the concept of public influence is formulated, its content and forms are analyzed, the state of scientific development, the genesis of the formation of the analyzed phenomenon is analyzed, ways of development and improvement of the role of public influence are proposed on convicts in the present day.
