Liksunov O. Improvement of methods of surgical treatment in patients with infrarenal aneurysm of the abdominal aorta

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of surgical treatment of patients with infralenal aneurysm of the abdominal aorta. They identified the main risk factors for complications, which became the diameter of the aneurysm, the level of inoperative blood loss, duration of operation and surgical access. Performing the prosthesis of the aneurysm of the abdominal aorta on the basis of the implemented methods can reduce the amount of blood loss. Use of developed differentiated tactics, advanced methods of surgical intervention, namely prosthetics of the abdominal part of the aorta with the formation of proximal anastomosis with seizure of the lateral walls of the aneurysms, the method of surgical treatment of the abdominal aortic yukstarenal aneurysm, prosthetics of the abdominal part of the aorta and arthritis, and preventive measures of complications during operations on the abdominal part of the aorta allowed in the near postoperative period to achieve good and satisfactory results and serum sew complication rate of 38.9% in the comparison group to 17,2 % of the study group (p<0,009) and reduced mortality from 8,5 % in the control group to 3,4 % in the study group.
