Suprun Yuriiovych O. Improvement of organizational and technological solutions for the installation of anchors in concrete using acrylic compositions

The thesis is devoted to solving problems of increasing the efficiency of the organization and technology of processes of the installation of anchors in concrete using acrylic compositions. It has been determined that no data on the effectiveness of organizational and technological solutions for their arrangement, on the influence of destabilizing factors on the parameters of technological process, on prediction of technical and economic parameters. The graphical dependencies of changes in the conditional viscosity depending on the amount of hardener, the amount of quartz aggregate and the temperature have been obtained. The general schemes of actual loads, the destruction schemes thereof have been determined. The dependencies for determining the estimated resistance to destruction have been obtained. A multi-factor regression model of the dependence of the duration of work on the factors studied has been obtained. Technical and organizational and technological solutions that increase the efficiency of anchor installation work have been improved.
