Grebeniuk N. Strategic management of the bank in the context of the transformation of the banking system of Ukraine

The main directions and evolution of the transformation of banking systemin Ukraine are investigated in thesis, their influence on the strategic management of the bank is substantiated, the essence of this concept is clarified, approaches to diagnosing the market environment in various segments of Ukrainian banking market, the position of the bank on them, assessing the effectiveness of the bank activities to strengthen this strategic position, in-depth methodological tools for substantiating the impact on the development of banking for strategic bank management and determining the readiness of bank employees for transforma-tional changes in the banking system.
