Reutova M. Dramaturgy of Yuriy Kosach in the context of literature of Ukrainian emigration.

Dissertation is the first integral research of drama works of Yurij Kosach in the literary context of dramaturgy of the Ukrainian diaspore. The unpublished works, little-known archived materials that considerably extend possibilities of literary criticism from research of work of Kosach and allow to enter work of writer in discourse of Ukrainian emigrant dramaturgy, are first brought over to the analysis. The problem of self-definition and spiritual constants of native space is revealed in dramaturgy of artist, artistic embodiment of existential reasons of loneliness, alienation, absurdity of life is traced; reasonably, that deep suspense was one of constituents of autopoetics of writer. Research of possibilties of artistic intention embodiment that combines both traditional and innovative signs of poetics is carried out, the fruitful searches of dramatist experemintator are uncovered and they are confronted with general progress of dramaturgy of the Ukrainian diaspore trends. It is well-proven that the specific of dramatic work of Kosach is determined by creation of original historical conception and dialogue with world cultural tradition, experimental poetics, through intercontextuality as an indicator of intellectual elitism.
