Vylegzhanina V. Civil law regulation of the land rental agreement

The thesis is a complex scientific research of civil law regulation of the land rental agreement. The analysis of the state of scientific development of the issue of the civil law regulation of the land rental agreement has been carried out, the methodology of the relevant research has been outlined and the evolution of the legal regulation of the civil law regulation of the land rental agreement of Ukraine has been traced. The notion of the land rental agreement is formulated and the characteristic features of the land rental agreement are singled out. The civil law status of the parties of the land rental agreement is determined; the essential conditions of the respective agreement are specified and described. The procedure of conclusion and termination of the land rental agreement, as well as the corresponding legal consequences, are investigated. Based on the current scientific doctrine and civil legislation of Ukraine, some proposals to improve the legal regulations have been submitted.
