Teptyuk Y. Constitutional right to access public information: problems of legislative regulation and judicial protection

The dissertation provides a comprehensive analysis of legislative regulation and judicial protection of the constitutional right to access public information. The legal nature, the right to access public information in the system of constitutional rights is investigated. Formulated definitions of concepts of information, access to information, access to information, constitutional right to access public information. The development of legislation on the right to access public information has been characterized. Defined legal guarantees of the right to access public information and the place of judicial protection in the guarantee system. The problem issues were identified and ways of solving and improving the guarantee of the right to access public information in Ukraine were formulated, the theoretical positions, practical conclusions, suggestions and recommendations concerning the improvement of the legislative regulation of ensuring the right to access public information in Ukraine were formulated.
