In this dissertation it has been made a complex scientific research of theoretical and legal aspects of principles of proceedings at law in system of law principles. It has been investigated history of development of scientific views to question of nature and essence of law principles and principles of proceedings at law by an author of this work. And it has let the author open regularities of formation and development of their world outlook and scientific cognition. It has been described modern state of scientific cognition of principles of proceedings at law and their peculiarities in system of law principles, it has been proved expediency of structurerisation of modern understanding of law principles and principles of proceedings at law into separate directions and also it has been determined perspectives of scientific research of principles of proceedings at law. According to analysis of functional possibilities of philosophical and out-looking, general scientific and special scientific methods of researching, when it is based on determined peculiarities of theoretical and legal aspects of principles of proceedings at law in system of law principles, it has been determined methodological bases of scientific understanding of them and it has been opened advantages of methodological approaches and methods of scientific research.
