Essay

Object of study – onychomycosis. The purpose is to increase the treatment effectiveness at patients with onychomycosis by improving the method of pathogenetic combination therapy using antifungal and angioprotective drugs based on the study of clinical and epidemiological features in patients from Podillia, quality of life indicators, the state of microcirculation of the skin and the diagnostic significance of various diagnostic methods for controlling curable in this group of patients. Methods: the study of complaints, anamnesis of life and disease, the presence of comorbid pathology; objective signs of lesion of nail plates with the definition of localization and severity of injury; clinical, mycological, molecular, instrumental, mathematical, statistical. The scientific work is devoted to the clinical and epidemiological substantiation of the measures aimed at improving the efficiency of treatment at patients with onychomycosis. The level of morbidity, risk of infection and risk factors of onychomycosis development in the population of the Podillia region of Ukraine was studied. It was established that microcirculatory disorders increase the clinical index of severity of onychomycosis of Sergeev by 2 times, and negativization of the results of mycological research takes place on average 2.6 months later than in patients without microcirculation disturbance. Comprehensive treatment with the use of antifungal and angioprotective drugs accelerates the regression of clinical manifestations, mycological negativism, improves the rate of emotional sphere, social activity and the dermatological quality of life index. The main scientific and practical results of the dissertation were introduced into the medical and diagnostic process of the Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Dermato-Venerological Dispensary, Kyiv Municipal Clinical Skin and Venereal Hospital, SE "Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of the NAMS of Ukraine", as well as in the educational process of the department of skin and venereal diseases of Vinnytsia National Medical University named after M.I. Pyrogov and departments of dermatovenereology of the National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after P.L. Shupik. Area of usage – dermatovenereology.
