Essay

The main objective of the dissertation work is to improve the existing technology of erection of monolithic reinforced concrete frames of multi-storey buildings, in particular due to the introduction of innovative technology of reinforcement of vertical bearing elements with the connection of reinforcement threaded couplings. To achieve the goal of work: analysis, generalization and assessment of the state of organizational and technological decisions for the construction of monolithic reinforced concrete frames, determination of ways to improve them. The traditional technologies of fabrication and installation of reinforcing frameworks of vertical bearing structures are compared. The most effective of them are determined in terms of technology, labor intensity and terms of work execution. Identified and ranked factors that have the greatest impact on the complexity and timing of installation of reinforcing frameworks of columns and pylons, as well as on the cost of works. The method of choosing a rational way of connecting the reinforcement of vertical bearing elements is developed. An innovative technology of reinforcing vertical bearing structures has been developed, its testing in the conditions of the existing construction site has been carried out. The scientific, technical and economic efficiency of using proposed organizational and technological decisions on improvement of installation of monolithic reinforced concrete frameworks of multistorey buildings is substantiated.
