Essay

The operation of complex surgical treatment of purulent gunshot wounds accelerated the elimination of microflora in the infection cell and reduced the total number of bacteria in wounds by 8x16 times (according to logarithmic numerical data) compared with the baseline (p <0,05) , for 10 days – in 3,7 times (p <0,001) and for 15 days – until complete elimination of the microflora (p <0,001). Acceleration of the reparation process allowed to clinically reduce the period of postoperative pain syndrome by 2,8 times 40%, contribute to the formation of normotrophic scars 30%, reduce the number of contractions of the limbs by 1,7 times 30% compared with the comparison group.
