Object of research: the process of formation and functioning of organizational forms of management in the national economy.
Purpose: to substantiate theoretical, methodological and practical principles of rationalization of organizational forms of management in order to provide innovative development of the national economy.
Methods of research: dialectical and historical, abstract-logical, system and comparative analysis, synthesis, grouping, graphic representation.
Scientific novelty: a scientific and methodical approach to diagnostics of tendencies of innovation development of the national economy is proposed for the first time, depending on the process of organizational structuring of entrepreneurship, peculiarities of the functioning of various organizational forms of management, quantitative and cost proportions of micro, small, medium and large enterprises; assessment of its contributions to the economy of enterprises of various sizes;
Improved: the institutional and financial principles of priority development of organizational forms of management, which are based on the unification of capital of individuals and legal entities; methodological provisions of the economic-legal regulation of the processes of formation of various organizational forms, harmonization and expansion of the norms of current legislation of Ukraine; methodical bases for determination of identification criteria of business entities by size of business;
got further development: a theoretical and methodical approach to research tendencies of organizational structuring of entrepreneurship on the basis of the theory of rational choice and economic organization; conceptual foundations of resource, organizational-legal, managerial, industrial directions of rationalization of organizational forms of management; analytical approach to the definition of structural proportions of contribution to economic development of micro, small, medium, and large enterprises, when comparing the value of their contribution to the volume of sales, creation of added value and jobs with the magnitude of the assets involved, losses (or profits) received, accumulated debts; directions of improvement of the state employment policy taking into account tendencies of organizational structuring of entrepreneurship and tasks of innovative industries development
