Bondarenko E. Financial risks insurance on the Stock market of Ukraine

In the thesis a new approach to determining the essence of financial risk and classification of stock market risks were improved and the possibilities of their insurance are considered; the most important directions of stock market risks insurance (through various forms of insurance) of taking into account foreign experience were defined; general tendencies of the Ukrainian stock market development were summarized; the mutual influence of the stock market development, the depositary activities of and individual investors activities on it was substantiated; the scientific-methodical approach to the estimation of the capacity of the stock market risk insurance sector was proposed; the necessity of creation and introduction into operation of the Investments guarantee mechanism for individual investors in Ukraine was researched; the practical aspects of filling of Individuals Investments Guarantee Fund in the stock market by contributions, including the adjustment factor for introductory and quarterly contributions were considered; the scientific and methodical approach to determining the optimal size for Individuals Investments Guarantee Fund in the stock market, including dynamics of the main indicators of its activity was developed.
