The dissertation contains research of the influence of combinations of different types of financial crises on the banking and investment activity of the banks, the post-crisis strategic determinants of the activity of transnational banks in the market of direct investment, the criterion of expediency of the bank's strategy of increasing the share in the consumer lending market, tools for post-strategic management of the bank's activity, estimated duration of the time horizon and the power of influence of anti-crisis actions on the effectiveness of banks activity after the crisis, the mechanism of formation of proactive reserve policy of the bank, considering changes in the conditions of the credit and investment market.
