Dukhanina M. Improvement of methods and means of measurement and their metrological support in the management of steel castings quality

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the steel castings obtained in sand forms quality due to the development and introduction of a new metrological support, based on the complex functional "gasactivity" in the system "steel casting – sand casting mold", which is also a criterion for defective casting. The problems of the steel castings quality increasing by the methods and means of measuring the parameters of processes in the casting mold improving, a new complex parameter of the casting quality "gasactivity" proposed, revealed its connections with the casting surface quality, developed theoretical foundations and metrological support for its measurement, developed metrological support design and management processes using the casting quality parameter "gasactivity".
