Rudiaga I. The economic legal support of railroad transport of Ukraine in the condition of reformation.

The thesis is independent and complete scientific research, it contains new theoretically grounded results, which in total solve the scientific problem, which consists in the theoretical model formation of the mechanism of the economic legal support of the functioning of the railroad transport of Ukraine in the condition of the reformation. The thesis is devoted to the further development of the stages and the concept of the reformation of the Ukrainian railroad branch and also to the examination of the modern condition of the economic legal support of the functioning of the branch. The points of the thesis contain the analysis of the existing organizational and legal forms of managing, it is also determined that the organizational and legal form of the holding is optimal for the railroad branch.
