Novosolova O. Financial imbalances in the economic system of the state

The object is financial imbalances in the economy of Ukraine. The aim of the dissertation is the purpose is to deepen the theoretical foundations of the formation of financial imbalances in the economic system of the state, to substantiate methodological approaches to their identification and diagnostics, and to develop practical recommendations for developing a system of their regulation in Ukraine. The methods are the following: scientific abstraction; logical-historical and dialectical; systemic; analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; method of formalization; comparison method and analogy method; correlation-regression analysis; the method of the main components. The results: the main provisions, conclusions and practical recommendations of the author can be implemented in the activities of central executive authorities in the process of using monetary, fiscal and macroprudential instruments for the regulation of financial imbalances, as well as improving the legislative and methodological support for the formation of the financial policy of the state. The novelty - for the first time, a scientific and methodical approach to assessing the level of financial imbalance of the economic system was developed; improved: definition of the essence of financial imbalances as a stable deviation of the dynamics of financial variables from long-term historical trajectories, scientific methodical approaches and tools for evaluating financial imbalances in terms of their manifestation, scientific and methodological principles for determining the aggregate debt of the economy; Further development: the study of the nature of the formation and spread of financial imbalances as a sequence of asymmetries of financial flows, tools for assessing price imbalances, the provisions of the concept of regulation of financial imbalances The results are implemented into practical activity of Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, The Kherson Regional Council, The Department of Economic Development and Trade of Kherson Oblast State Administration, The Main Department of Statistics in Kherson Oblast and Kherson National Technical University.
