Vyslotska T. Сriminal-legal securing of secrecy in Ukraine

The dissertation is a comprehensive research on secrecy. The article analyzes the state study of the issue of criminal-legal secrecy and the development of normative securing of secrecy in the monuments of domestic criminal law. A comparative analysis of regulatory regulation of secrecy in the criminal laws of Ukraine and certain foreign countries was carried out. The system of norms is generalized and the general characteristic of typical encroachments on the secret is given. Definition of the mentioned concept is formulated and its essential features are determined. The classification of secrets protected by the norms of criminal law is considered. Proposed changes to the Criminal Code of Ukraine related to the protection of secrecy.
