In the dissertation conducted the analysis of the current state of the agricultural land valuation system in Ukraine and methodical approaches to the economic evaluation of agricultural land. Suggested the economic-statistical model of factor analysis considering the influence of natural properties of land and production costs on net income and differential land rent in agricultural production.
