Korotash Y. Legal consequences of nonpayment of contributions to charter capital of limited liability company

This dissertation is a comprehensive study of a legal consequence of nonpayment of contributions to charter capital of limited liability company. Background, history of incipience and specific features of limited liability companies are studied and conclusion about preservation in modern conditions particular features, that caused creation of limited liability company, is made. Legal nature, ways of forming of charter capital and documents, that confirm payment of contribution to charter capital, were studied. Due to current Ukrainian legislation contains any definition of term «charter capital of limited liability company», the relevant one was proposed. In addition, the exact list of documents, that confirm payment of contribution to charter capital, was given.
