Strizhkova A. Grid-technologies as the object of innovative legal relations.

The dissertation is devoted to the legal nature, characteristics, scope, mechanisms of implementation and features of the economic and legal regulation of Grid-technologies as unique software structure of the network nature that included to the list of medium-term priorities of innovative activity of the national level. The variant of technical regulation and consolidation of the legal status of virtual organizations Grid as special subjects, inherent only for relations with the use of Grid-technologies is proposed. Special attention is paid to determine the type of innovative legal relations related to the use of Grid technologies, as well as to the appropriate contractual regulation of these relations, depending on the subject composition of their participants. It is proposed to apply in the practice of using Grid-technologies service level agreements (SLA) as a way to ensure a stable provision of services by virtual organizations Grid. The leading role in the economic and legal regulation of the turnover of Grid-technologies was proposed to be left for international non-governmental self-regulatory organizations with the definition of the list of issues that the state should regulate.
