Essay

For the first time using HPLC techniques for identifying and quantifying flavonoids, hydroxycholic acids and volatile substances in flowers, leaves and grasses of gardens, field and rudiments were developed. For the first time developed methods of analysis of individual BAR (hydroxycinnamic acids, flavonoid glycoside – luteolin) gastric juice in multicomponent mixtures. According to the content of biologically active substances (hydroxycinnamic acids, flavonoid glycoside – luteolin) the perspective is prominent for the creation of a medicinal product – a grassy herb (grass). Projects of quality control methods for dry extract have been developed.
