Dronov V. Educational function of modern state and peculiarities of its realization by private institutions of higher education

Complex analysis of educational function of modern state and peculiarities of its realization by private institutions of higher education was made in this thesis. It was identified that the educational function of modern state is one of the main direction of state’s activity and communication that displays its social purpose, responds to rights and freedoms of the individual and creates conditions for realization of rights in the sphere of education, provision of proper level of development of education and science. It is realized through state and public-private mechanisms of financing of educational institutions, demands to educational training established by law, and creation of conditions for scientific and technical development.
