Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the issues of increasing efficiency and reducing the cost of metrological services in establishing the actual technical state of military communication equipment. To this end, a comprehensive methodology for carrying out the metrological examination of military communication technology has been developed on the basis of the use of methods of technical diagnostics, which is based on: an improved method of justification of the sequence and the number of minimum required parameters for metrological maintenance of military communication equipment, which, unlike the existing ones, allows us to evaluate the complex the parameter of the parameter as the probability of its primary choice during the metrological service and additionally takes into account the separate assessment influence of time and cost of measuring parameters; an advanced method of selecting the means of measuring equipment for military use for the metrological service of military communication equipment, which, unlike the existing, allows to determine the minimum acceptable values of metrological characteristics taking into account the metrological reliability; an advanced method of selecting the means of measuring equipment for military use for the metrological maintenance of military communication equipment, which takes into account the quality of the algorithms of maintenance and repair of military equipment of communication on the indicators of its metrological service and diagnostic errors. The use of the obtained results allowed to increase the efficiency of the assessment of the technical condition of military equipment of communication by 30% and reduce the cost of its means of measuring equipment military purposes during the TO-2 by 13000 hryvnia per year.
