Essay

The object of the study – acne with associated malasseziosis and skin candidiasis. The purpose – to increase the effectiveness of treatment for patients with acne associated with candidiasis and malassezia by developing the complex differentiated therapy using etiotropic and pathogenetic drugs, taking into account the results of studies on immune homeostasis, skin microbiocenosis and the state of the water-fat mantle. Methods: clinical, general laboratory, immunological, microscopic and mycological diagnostics of malassezia and candidiasis, microscopic and cultural research of microbial landscape of the skin, functional, statistical. The dissertation is devoted to increase of efficiency of therapy with development of the method of treatment of patients with acute malasseziosis and associated candidiasis with pathogenic disorders, aimed at elimination of infection, normalization of immune status, microbiotics of the skin, water-lipid mantle of the skin. The features of the acne treatment clinic with associated candidiasis infection are determined. Different levels of pathological changes were developed with the development of differentiated indications and methods of stage-by-stage comprehensive treatment using etiotropic, pathogenetic drugs (itraconazole, tilorone, subalin, alpha-lipoic acid) at the comparative analysis of clinical manifestations and laboratory data. The effectiveness of this therapy in comparison with traditional methods of treatment has been proved. The main scientific and practical results of the dissertation work were introduced into the medical and diagnostic process of Municipal Institution “Zaporizhzhia Regional Skin and Venereal Clinical Dispensary” of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council, Vinnytsia Regional Skin and Venereal Dispensary, Municipal Institution “Odesa Regional Skin and Venereal Dispensary”, as well as in the educational the process of the department of dermatovenereology and cosmetology with the course of dermatovenereology and aesthetic medicine of the postgraduate education faculty of Zaporizhzhia State Medical University, Department of skin and venereal diseases of State Institution "Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine”, Department of skin and venereal diseases of Vinnytsia National Medical University named after M. I. Pirogov, Department of dermatology, venereology and AIDS of Kharkiv National Medical University. Area of usage – dermatovenereology.
