The innovative development of the regions of Ukraine at the present stage is analyzed and the mechanisms of state management of innovative development of regions are estimated. The mechanisms of state management of innovative development of regions are systematized taking into account the positive world experience. The conceptual model of public management of innovative development of regions is developed. Methodical approaches to the formation of the mechanism of state management of innovative development of regions through the development of a state mechanism for the introduction of regional innovations are defined. The necessity of applying the mechanism of public-private partnership is justified. The organizational structure of state management of innovative development of the regions of Ukraine has been improved. Scientific and practical recommendations on the formation of mechanisms for state management of innovative development of the regions of Ukraine are proposed.
