Vrublevska-Misiuna K. Legal forms of innovation investment.

The thesis is a complete scientific work containing new theoretically based results that collectively solve a scientific problem, which consists in determining the essence of relations arising in the course of innovation investment. The research is devoted to the creation of an effective legal mechanism for ensuring innovation investment in economic activities of Ukrainian entities, determining the basic legal forms of such investment and developing proposals for their legislative regulation. The proposals on the development and adoption of a special Law of Ukraine "On Innovative Investments", including its structure, basic concepts and means of regulation, legal forms of innovation investment, which must fulfill the direct instrumental function of the proposed law, are developed.
